The Federal Government estimates that there are over 60,000 chiropractors in the United States alone. Amongst this vast population, there are countless chiropractic techniques, treatments and therapies used in dealing with conditions ranging from headaches to ankle sprains. In addition, many of these techniques can also be recommended for improvements in general lifestyle and wellbeing.

The level of effectiveness of each technique is something that is often passionately debated amongst chiropractic professionals, and certainly depends on the particular doctor delivering the technique and the patient receiving it. This section of the website is designed to give a brief introduction of the various chiropractic techniques available, as well as provide pertinent articles about their use in the field. There are a wide variety of techniques and therapies discussed - from high velocity to zero force adjusting, lasers to electrical stimulation devices, diet and nutritional counseling, etc… While not all encompassing, we believe the techniques, treatments and therapies listed below are a good overview for most individuals in need.
