C2B Interactive, LLC (“123Chiropractors” or “we”) invites the submission of original articles and other content from our Service Providers and associated entities (each a “Content Provider”) subject to these Editorial Guidelines and receipt of a signed Release Form.

The publication of any article on this Site shall be made solely at our discretion. The process for reviewing any submission and posting thereof to this Site may take up to eight weeks. We reserve the right to edit any article with respect to style, format and standards at any time. We also reserve the right to determine the duration any article remains posted on this Site and the location thereof, as well as the right to temporarily or permanently remove any posting at any time and for any reason without any liability of any kind there for. 123 Chiropractors will not independently verify the accuracy of any information whatsoever contained in any content posted to this Site that was prepared by a Content Provider and disclaims any responsibility for such content.

Articles must not contain any statement that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, offensive, abusive, tortuous, pornographic, profane, obscene, invasive, threatening, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, or harassment of any kind against any group or individual, in each case as determined by 123Chiropractors in its sole discretion. In addition, no article may contain any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
