"I play competitive golf for George Mason University. This past winter I saw signs of stiffness, which would result in not making a complete balanced golf swing. My swing coach recommended seeing a chiropractor because a lot of his students have the same problem of getting their hip out of alignment or uneven. I believe the golf swing is a violent motion your body endures, where you use a tremendous amount of core strength mainly from the lower back region.
