"Bob and I began treatments at the Spinal Decompression Center two years ago. It wasn’t long before each of us noticed benefits which restored and enhanced our enjoyment of our active life styles. Bob no longer has the sciatica pain which had kept him from jogging and swimming, and I no longer wake up during the night or in the morning with a stiff lower back. The frequency and severity of any back spasms has greatly decreased. Consequently, and with prescribed orthotics, I am again jogging up to an hour daily and enjoying t’ai chi classes. We both bike and hike whenever possible and work in the yard and garden. All the staff is friendly and helpful – and this is the only office where we are seen promptly upon arrival! Dr. B. is interested in helping with any health issues, even realigning my “recalcitrant” elbow at our last visit.
