"My name is Stephen Esposito, however, I am known as Freddy. I met Dr. Stephen Simonetti when I was filming a video for a project that Dr. Simonetti was working on for the New York Chiropractic Council. Our video shoot took place at his home where we interviewed a number of doctors of chiropractic, including Dr. Simonetti. Although I knew about chiropractic, as the day progressed I learned a great deal more about how chiropractic helps your whole body work at its optimum. I decided that I would schedule time in my busy life to have Dr. Simonetti check my spine to see if any of the many health problems I was experiencing could be helped through chiropractic. I was suffering with upper neck and back pain. I also had terrible headaches, sinus problems, insomnia, chronic tiredness and poor posture. In late October, 2004 I had a thorough examination with Dr. Simonetti. The examination, the computerized spinal analysis and x-rays showed several areas of my spine had chronic vertebral subluxations. I was hoping to just feel less pain. Dr. Simonetti, however, explained that subluxation can affect every part of the body because the nerves supply the whole body and coordinate all of the body’s activities. The amazing part of my story is that I have been suffering with these health problems for years. I have been receiving my adjustments on a three time per week schedule for about four weeks and the results are astonishing. My neck and back pain are gone. The amazing part is that my sinus condition has cleared up, I am sleeping better and two people have told me that my posture has improved. The adjustments with a couple of simple exercises Dr. Simonetti has given me have had a major impact on my life. I am so thankful I learned more about chiropractic and that I met Dr. Simonetti."

"Hi, my name is Gina and I had my first visit with Dr. Stephen Simonetti about a month ago. I thought of seeing Dr. Simonetti because I had neck and upper back pain. When Dr. Simonetti checked my spine and nerve system and informed me that my areas of nerve system interference, (spinal subluxation), affect organ function and not just my pain I then mentioned that I have had a problem with my esophagus. The problem started about a year ago and got progressively worse. I was treated by a number of doctors who told me I had an irritation where my esophagus meets my stomach. I experienced a painful pressure, bloating, indigestion and general discomfort. The past few months were the worst it has have ever been. The medical doctors recommended miralax, piethora and other medications. The drugs did not help at all. Dr. Simonetti adjusted my spine and worked on my esophagus. My pain, pressure, bloating and indigestion have greatly diminished. It is amazing that my body has begun to heal itself with the help of chiropractic.
