"When I first began treatment 9 months ago I suffered from chronic neck pain. I was unable to sleep through the night and upon waking could barely turn my head. I was diagnosed with a phase two subluxation in my neck. To make a long story short, I no longer have any trouble sleeping and there are no aches or pains in my neck. I continue to do my exercises and office visits (o.k. not as often as I should) to stay in good physical and mental health.
