"Plantar Fascitiis: I had extreme pain in my heel, lower back, and one of my hips whenever I would move. The pain in my heel felt as if I was stepping on a knife. The pain was so bad it made me think twice before I would even get off the couch. Bending over to pick up something or getting down on the floor was out of the question!
