"Dear Dr. Patrick, I viewed going to the chiropractor much like I viewed going to the dentist. I had a back ache and I needed your help. You provided it and for that I am grateful. You went far beyond what I expected in many ways. On my initial visit you performed a thorough exam and x-rays. From that you came up with a treatment plan that made sense. On every visit, I was greeted warmly and felt really special. I believe that every client feels that way. The women in your office, both the secretaries and your wonderful wife, are warm, caring and still very professional. When I first came to you office, I was in misery. On a scale of 0-10, 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain that I could imagine, I felt like an 8. Today, I vary from 0-2. I am able to walk without pain and work out at the gym every day and feel good as I leave. I am not worried about any sudden set backs as I was early on. "Dear Dr. Lovett, I just wanted to write a note to let you know of the difference your care has made in my life. I hope my story lets others know that they are in good hands in your care. I am a retired physical therapist, who worked in Rehab for 28 years. Throughout those years I had multiple neck and spine injuries. I received physical therapy throughout the years and had several cortisone injections throughout the years but ultimately had to undergo a cervical spinal fusion at C4-C5 and C5-C6 with a stabilizing titanium plate. I was left with residual balance difficulties, very limited movement of my neck and severe pain in my hands and thumbs. The orthopedic hand specialist injected my thumbs with steroids multiple times finally stating that I needed bilateral joint replacements of my thumbs. I consulted a neurologist who after an MRI stated my problems were permanent and that no treatments would help. His only recommendation was to take pain medicine. He told me that there was nothing else that could be done for me, that I would just “have to live with it”. Although initially resistant to chiropractic (physical therapists perceive chiropractors to be our competition) I was determined that I wasn’t going to be on pain medicines for the rest of my life and that I had to find someone to help me. That is when I consulted Dr. Lovett. When he heard about what was going on with me he confidently stated, “I believe I can help you.” It was music to my ears, even though I was very skeptical. I began receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Lovett consisting of regular adjustments, cold laser therapy and detoxifying ionic foot baths. I noticed a difference within 3 weeks. I was amazed! Today I am pain free with full mobility of my neck. I have no pain in my hands and my strength is back to normal. My walking balance is now normal. I am back being able to travel often with my husband, hold my grandchildren and live my life to its fullest potential. I continue to receive period treatments by Dr. Lovett to maintain my pain free, fully functional, wellness status. "I have been a patient of Dr. Patrick Lovett for about five months now. Over the past couple of years I have had problems with a protruding disc which caused severe left arm pain. I had been seeing another chiropractor, however it just never seemed to get that much better. Dr. Lovett took the time to explain things to me in terms that I was able to understand and take an approach on my problem that had never been discussed before with my other chiropractor. After just 6 sessions with Dr. Lovett, I am no longer feeling the pain in my left arm that I was feeling before. He also takes the time and gives me other advice on health issues.
